This book is able to hit me on so many different levels. You say, “But,..your not black.” it is not the pigmintation of my skin that has me feeling so connected. it is how i also feel persecuited for being mentally handicapped. IT MIGHT SHOW SOMETIMMES, AND NOT OTHERS. BUT I AM DIAGNOSED WITH TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY, AND I WILL HAVE TBI TILL i DIE. I am also a women and am per ya so i relate
